Not every conversation becomes a memory.

Consent to AI Data Sharing

Before Genuine Labs can send your data to its AI providers, we ask for your explicit consent. New users give this consent by checking the AI data-sharing acceptance on the account creation screen; users who created their account before this feature, and are not yet recorded as having consented, are asked to accept it the next time they sign in. You are free to decline or withdraw this consent. If you allow AI data sharing, the following may be sent to our AI providers:

• Your chat messages with Griddle,
• Memories Finch saves about you (for example, your profile answers and how you describe what matters to you),
• Notes you write about your relationships, and
• Files you share in chats.

All such processing is subject to contractual safeguards with each provider, and data is protected in accordance with applicable data protection law.
