It includes Finch, an AI-powered host designed to help you have more meaningful conversations by providing personalized AI interactions, remembering information you choose to share, and helping you maintain context across conversations.

By accessing or using Griddle, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use Griddle.

1. About Griddle

Griddle provides AI-powered conversational experiences, through Finch, designed to help users reflect, organize information, maintain context, and communicate more thoughtfully.

Features may include:

• AI conversations
• Personalized memories
• Connection chats
• Conversation briefs
• Image sharing
• Other AI-powered features introduced over time

Griddle is intended to support communication and reflection. Griddle and Finch do not replace human relationships, professional advice, or personal judgment.

2. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age requirements applicable in your location to use Griddle.

By using Griddle, you represent that:

• You are legally permitted to use the Service.
• You have authority to enter into these Terms.
• All information you provide is accurate.
• You will comply with applicable laws.

License to Genuine Labs

To provide the Service, you grant Genuine Labs a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to process, store, and use your content solely as necessary to:

• Generate AI responses.
• Maintain and improve Service reliability.
• Provide customer support.

This license ends when your content is deleted, except where retention is required for legal, security, or operational purposes.

6. Finch Memories

Memory is a core feature of Griddle, handled by Finch.

Finch may create, organize, and retrieve memories based on information you provide during conversations.

Memories are designed to:

• Help Finch understand your preferences.
• Reduce repetitive conversations.
• Provide more personalized responses.
• Maintain continuity across interactions.

You understand that:

• Finch does not remember every conversation.
• Memories may be created, updated, summarized, or removed.
• Memories may occasionally contain errors.
• You should review important information before relying on it.

You may delete memories or request deletion of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. AI Conversations and Responses

Finch uses artificial intelligence to generate responses.

You understand and agree that:

• AI responses are generated automatically.
• Responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate.
• Finch does not have human understanding or awareness.
• Finch does not provide professional advice.
• You should use your own judgment when acting on information provided by Finch.

Finch should not be relied upon for emergency situations or decisions involving medical, legal, financial, or safety-related matters.

Griddle may provide features designed to help users better understand conversations and relationships.

These features may include:

• Conversation summaries.

• Suggested messages.

These features are intended to support communication and reflection.

Genuine Labs does not guarantee:

• Improved relationships.
• Successful communication outcomes.
• Accuracy of relationship interpretations.
• Any specific personal outcome.

You remain responsible for your own communication and relationships.

9. Images and Uploaded Content

Griddle may allow you to upload images or other content.

You represent that:

• You own or have permission to use uploaded content.
• Your uploads do not violate another person's rights.
• Your uploads comply with these Terms.

You may not upload content that:
